[net.general] Starting up a net.graphics group

	There seems to be a fair amount of interest in starting up a
net.graphics group.  In about a week, I have received messages from
about 20 interested network readers, from both net-mail and net-news.
It seems like there's enough of an audience out there that we should be
getting the machinery rolling to start up a new group.  Does anyone out
there know how group creation is done?
	Any more interested parties, please respond one way or the
other, so we can get an idea of the magnitude of interest.
