[comp.sys.amiga] Ftp Sites/Fred Fish

This is a two part question.  

Does anybody have a list of ftp sites outside of the USA? 
I'm looking for any Amiga or IBM sites that are accessible throught FTP.

Second Question.

Is there a complete list of whats on every Fred Fish disk that I can download
or sent to by mail.
