My version of sz would never >finish a transfer with 0.93 (zillions of errors!), and with 94 and 94a will hmmm.. I have been using the sz command on a local Public Access Unix machine with good results. I'm using a Supra Modem @ 2400 baud. Std A-500 3M, 40M. The only problem is when I type the name wrong from the Unix shell (or forget case sensetivity and type the wrong case letter:-). Then the sz command hangs the Unix machine at the other end forcing me to rudely disconnect. Using .94 lessee.. the parameters I'm using are: TRANSFER MODE: Text PROTOCOL: Zmodem (of course) ZMODEM OPTIIONS: Auto Download Auto Download Challenge 32 Bit CRC MISCELLANEOUS: Save Aborted Relaxed Timing GMT offset = 0 ZMODEM SEND MODE: No Preference ASCII SEND: Expand Blanks I set this up under the phone entry in the phone book section (EDIT) as this is a rather unusual setup for me. Hope this helps... -- ------------------ // -----------Cut-Here---------------------------------- Erick Parsons // Words for the wise: *If it works don't fix it.* Sacramento Ca // mail to: ...pacbell!sactoh0!americ!erk ------------- \\// --------------------------------------------------------
