What are anyone's suggestions for a good, fast, and reliable Hard Drive controller, ram expansion combo for the 500? I liked the Xetec system, but after all the rumors about how bad it is, I just don't know about it. What I'm looking for is something that will accept a Seagate ST-296N Scuzzy drive and optionally have about 2 megs worth of ram expansion sockets. I heard that the GVP system wouldn't let you plug in your own ram, but that you had to buy their board. I'd like to have one that would let me just plug in my own ram, I can get pretty good prices on rams from work. Responses from owners of the GVP, Xetec, or Supra systems would be greatly appreciated!
