I've got dnet working completely, nfs and all, on our Gould Powernode 9080 running UTX 32 2.0, but i can't get dnet-nfs to work on our Sun 3/160 with BSD 4.3. I've got everything else about dnet running on the Sun, but when i try to access nf0: dnet just gets hung, and i have to reboot to get rid of it. Both versions compiled without bitching, using the bsd makefile. Has anyone had any experience with this? Please respond by email, any help would be greatly appreciated. I really like dnet and dnet-nfs, and would like to be able to use it from any machine i log into. Thanks, Michael Murphy mjm@beach.cis.ufl.edu -- -Michael Murphy mjm@beach.cis.ufl.edu

Further, NFS is a Sun trademark, at the very least in the context of remote filesystems. I would ask that Matt change the name of his package to avoid confusing the marketplace about the nature of his programs. > -Michael Murphy > mjm@beach.cis.ufl.edu Rick Spanbauer Ameristar Technology
