I own an Amiga 2000 along with a friend of mine. We have a hard drive and version 1.3 with autoboot EPROMs that automatically go to the hard disk when turning the computer on. Yesterday, apparently the computer stopped being able to access the hard drive. When turning the computer on the Amiga seemed to try and read from the hard disk, and then it asked for the workbench disk. The computer doesn't seem to be able to mount the hard drive at all. If anyone has any ideas as to how to regain access to the data on the disk without reformatting it could you please email me your suggestions. The hard disk hasn't been backed up for a couple of months so any ideas as to how to save the data would be appreciated.
