Using 1.3 or Arexx scripts it's not too hard to set up a help facility.
Just put the docs for any program/command in a help: directory, assign it
appropriately, and then alias/script a help command that does
something like "more help:%s". It works really well with things like the
ARP docs, where all tghe help files already have the same name as the
command.
