Well, I've still got my A1000 for sale and the system currently consists of
the following equipment :
A1000 w/ 512k Ram
1080 Color Monitor
External Drive (3.5")
External Clock (plugs into Parallel port w/ pass-through)
The typical set-o-disks from C-A.. (Workbench 1.3)
The system has had the grounding PAL mod installed on it and shortly I hope
that I will be able to install my new 7ns (Fastest AMD/MMI Pal's!) PAL's to
replace all 4 of the "problematic" chips.. (now all I need is my Prom/Pal
programmer software update!) I'd like to sell the setup (don't ask for
individual parts please!) for around $650... If you feel that I'm out of the
ballpark, let me know and we can negotiate!
Also for sale (separately?) is an Expansion Technologies "ToolBox" which lets
an A1000 owner run 2000 cards (for the most part).. I've not got much more
than 30 minutes of use on it, since it didn't like my ComSpec Ax2000 2meg
memory board (just sold). It is virtually BRAND-NEW and I'll sell it for $180
OBO..
I've also got an Applied Visions "Future Sound" that I'd like to depart with
(I haven't used it for a LONG time!) for about $100 OBO..
