I have a friend who is interested in buying an Amiga, but has a wife who runs a Mac II at work and insists on using nothing but a Mac. I mentioned the Amax emulator to him, and he thought he might be able to convince his wife to let him get an Amiga and the emulator. His big question is "How well does it emulate?" As I understand it, she wants to run productivity software such as Microsoft Word, EXCEL, ect. Can anybody tell me how well the Amax runs Mac software? Does it seem to have any serious bugs? He also was looking at the Atari which also has an emulator for the Mac. Is the Atari one any better than the Amax (Hard to believe! 8-) ) ?
