[comp.sys.amiga] 3d object of Globe available...

ULC@PSUVM.BITNET (08/16/89)

Hi there all you graphics enthusiasts....
This is just a short repost concerning an object I created last year
and am offering for sale to the public.
It is a Sculpt 3/4D scene file containing a construction of the
globe. It contains all the major continents and consists of approximatly
1800 triangles. It requires 1.5Meg or more to render full size.
It also comes with a flat mercator projection which can render on a
smaller machine ( one needs to include more triangles in the globe object
to better simulate a sphere ). This "flat world" can be used for logos,
ground motif's etc. NASA has availed of this product as have a number
of television stations. If you are interested call :

This is about the third time I've seen this "short repost". Is it proper to
continually use the net for such purposes?

If you want to advertise, pay the transmittion costs yourself. It is
rude to advertise a product for sale on the net, it is unbelievably
rude to repost it.

You should apologize to all the people who's money you wasted.
