Please.  No "Re:s" in net.general.  All followups must go into
net.followup or more people will be unsubscribing to net.general.
SO QUIT POSTING TO NET.GENERAL WITH FOLLOWUPS TO PREVIOUS ITEMS!

Talk to whoever writes/maintains the 'news' program.  Seems some of
them reply to net.followup and some (such as this one) reply to whatever
newgroup the original submission was in.  This news item was begun by
typing 'f'.
