The ethical issues of software piracy have been worked out in more
abstract terms many times. Ever hear of the Categorical Imperative
(Kant, Foundations of the Metaphysics of Morals)? The golden rule?
Thanks to David Albrecht for a good discussion; now please can
we return to the techie goodstuff?
