[net.general] Network Info

	Due to the large numbers of requests for any network info
I get, I have posted to net.sources a document that was sent to me
by Raleigh Romine of Seismo. I hope this is of use to some of you,
and I hope that Mr. Romine does not mind my posting this to the net.
