Sorry about the previous posting on this same subject.  I hit a wrong key
while trying to use Handshake, Keep, and snipit together.

Ok.  How about posting to Killowatt?  No unsolisisited sends that way.  What's
the differece from Commodore's standpoint between this and puting it on CI$.
