[comp.sys.amiga] Late WB1.4 suggestion...

I don't know how possible this would be, but here's what I'd like.
Let's say you've got two custom screens overlapped (one partially pulled
down. Or one could be workbench, or there could be three screens, it
doesn't matter as long as you get the concept) like this:

     +-------------------------------+
Workbench 1.4 title bar :-)
     +-------------------------------+
Access! 1.42 title bar
     (and custom screen)
     +-------------------------------+

Right now, if you want to use any of the pulldown menus from Workbench
(or any screen showing up from behind another screen) you have to either
pop the foreground screen to the rear or lower it below the level of
the menu option you want to use. It would be very nice if either 1) the
menus from Workbench (in this case) tiled over the custom screen (I know,
I know, a royal pain) or 2) if the options which would be behind the foreground
screen could somehow be temporarily made accessable - possibly by having
the operating system flip the foreground screen to the rear until you've made
your menu selection, then returning it to the front.
     Waddia think? S'possible?
