Never abashed at showing my ignorance I have a question about David

What in the world is an nua? This looks like it might be some version
of an overseas 800 number? Once I know what it is, what do I need to
know to use it? Anyone care to lift the fog?
Gotta watch those acronyms! It is easy to presume your audience knows what
you mean. Working for the Army I live in a world of acronyms and I know it
is easy to slide over them. This group has been VERY good about careful use
and explanation where required, and it sure helps the readers.
