[comp.sys.amiga] Computer Show help request

jdutka@wpi.wpi.edu (John Dutka) (09/30/89)

Annually, several students at WPI (Worcester Polytechnic Institute) hold a
computer show somewhere on campus. This time it's scheduled for Saturday,
April 7, 1990 from 12 Noon to 5 P.M., with setup from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M..
Two years ago, our first show, we had maybe 50 attendees. last year, we had
350-400 attending, with about 20 systems shown. MegaFest is a user-oriented
show, dedicated to informing people out there, helping those people who might
be confused about what system to buy, or those who have questions, and
especially to show them a good time. There is no admission, and the
organizers (myself among them) are looking for suggestions to help make the
show better, help, and even people who want to bring a system and demonstrate
hardware/software/etc... This will be a non-commercial show, since there is
no admission charge, and we would really appreciate any and all input, whether
it be from Commodore-Amiga, or any other person reading this article, as we
are looking to make MegaFest the most successful show possible.
For those who need/want the information, the show will be on the WPI
campus in the Lower Wedge in Morgan/Daniels Halls. if you have any questions,
help, suggestions, information, want to bring a system, or if you want to
attend and need directions, please E-Mail me - do not post replies here.
Replies/feedback from Commodore-Amiga will be tremendously appreciated (as
will be any offers for displays/demonstrations/donations :) ).

I would much rather have all correspondance E-Mailed to me - snail mail is too
slow, and telephoning costs too much for most.
Thank you for your time.
