I'm posting this for a friend, reply to me and I will forward any info: "Does anyone know how to contact the Star Micronics folks? I have a Gemini Star 10X with a bad print head. All the phone numbers I have from the original (old) documentation are invalid now. If you can lead me to them, I'd appreciate it. OR if you have a spare print head I'll take that too! ;^) Thanks in advance." I have a Star NX-10 myself. The manual for it does not mention any address for Star Micronics at all. However, there at the end of the manual there is a long list of Honeywell repair centers. Supposedly all Star repair services in or out of warranty, can be done at the Honeywell service centers. The general service information number is/was 800-328-5111 in Canada 416-499-6111 You might also try disassembling the head and pin assembly (carefully) and cleaning them with alcohol, if a stuck pin is your problem. Just make sure that you keep track of the order and placement of the pins!!
