Two questions: 1) Many hard disks now come with an autopark feature. Is there any functional difference between the autopark when the power is turned off versus using a park utility and then turning power off? That is, given a choice, is one method better (longer disk life, etc)? 2) I noticed an undocumented file on my GVP disk called GVPParkHD. I assume it is a park utility. Any GVP owners been using it? I tried it once and got a corrupted disk, BUT that was probably my fault. However, I have been a little hesitant to try it again. Hello, I was wondering if there is a cheap way to use an ST-506 controller on an Amiga 500, I already have several ST-506 drives from my IBM and an RLL controller, Adapetc 2070A and a case and powersupply. Can anyone give me a suggestion to an economical source for a device that will let me use an ST-506 controller on a 500. I heard there were a few devices, called the Wedge, etc. but I would primarily be interested in a 2000 spec controller. For the Toolbox. Many Thanks, Mike
