One of the great things about the Net is the freedom we all have to post anything (and look foolish?). One of the sorry things about the Net is that many people don't treat it with respect. Exercising the first thing, because I'm disappointed about the second thing, I am posting my own personal version of the ten rules I feel most important for netters. It's in a condensed, easy to post, easy to ignore form, as a separate article (follows). I welcome feedback (please be nice). If there is enough interest I'll evolve the list and (perhaps?) repost it periodically for new users. What do you think? (PLEASE be brief!) (You'd be amazed how much mail an open question like that can draw!!) Not afraid to post into the Void (even a little hypocritically), Alan Silverstein 8=)
