[net.general] net.ny and NY charpter of /usr/group

Hi,

	At UNICOM someone told me that someone in the NY area was planning
on forming a local chapter of /usr/group. What's happened to the idea?

	Would people in the NY area be interested in forming a net.ny so
people not in the area won't be bothered by these type of messages?
