There is a trackball out for the Amiga that acts exactly as a mouse, needs no converting. I think it is made by Wico, but offhand I don't guarantee it. It costs under $50 (I got it as a cheap alternative to a mouse), has two buttons and works great! I prefer it to the mouse because (as mentioned in the original posting) if you have a crowded desktop, it takes almost no space. It's also easier to draw with when using paint packages (for me at least), and I won't even bother raving about how great it is with MarbleMadness! ------------ Alex Antunes "the Waupelani Kid" 'cause that's where I live... antunes@astro.psu.edu Penn State Astronomy Dept. ------- "c'est la vie, c'est la guerre, c'est la pomme de terre" -------

Hi folks. The trackball I mentioned that works perfectly with the amiga, requires no modification, etc. is made by Wico, called the Command Control, and I got it at the Memory Location in Wellseley, MA (the best Amiga store in the world?) (617)-237-6846. I recommend the trackball over the mouse, in fact I recommend the store, too, if you live in Mass! ------------ Alex Antunes "the Waupelani Kid" 'cause that's where I live... antunes@astro.psu.edu Penn State Astronomy Dept. ------- "c'est la vie, c'est la guerre, c'est la pomme de terre" -------
