Well, I just purchased the just out (here in Toronto!) Enhancer Software package for BridgeBoard/Sidecar users. A few weeks ago I left an `article' here about the keyboard mapping relating to us A1000/Sidecar owners, did get one reply (and listed on the Bandwidth Wasters Hit Parade! ;-) or was that the `Rolodex' list of the net? ;-). That reply suggested that my `copy' (obtained `legally' and as `perscribed' from my dealer!!) was maybe not the `release' version! This now is definitely the Release version, all the files are identical and the Scroll Lock and Break key mapping problem is exactly the same. The Help key ALWAYS (alone or in combo with ANY key!) brings up PCWindow's Project menu Help option. That's not so bad, BUT, we A1000'ers are instructed that right Amiga + Help -or- rA + s is supposed to emulate the pc's ScrlLck and Ctrl + Help is supposed to emulate the pc's Break! They `do', but, bring up that Help window FIRST, which must be closed before the emulation takes effect. ARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHH, with out getting into the detail in my last post this is most UNSATISFACTORY, is CATS/C=A aware of this? Where can I get a fix? WILL it be fixed? All that seems necessary is to have the Help key NOT bring up that ^##^%$#^$#&$&^% Help window, am I right in assuming that it is a function of the PCWindow program or does it involve the '.tables files also!! Other problem also persists, the PCHard program does NOT work on my config, is there a particular line on the bus that it uses? Does having the Pal's grounded affect it? This problem to me is minor, it's rare that I have had need for it, Ctrl-A-A still works! ;-) Please, I need an answer (as may all the other A1000/Sidecar owners thinking of paying up to $39.95 cdn for this package!), not a remark that my config is far from `standard' (true, but, wasn't it supposed to work!) and questioning whether I was sure that it was a `release' version (which it was and now most definitely IS!).
