Etana.tut.fi (128.214.1.1) is in Finland and also has them (up to 244 I believe). From what I have heard Etana gets them from Uihub.

I'm going to try and hunt down the problem with uihub. Seems that nobody outside of the Champaign-Urbana metropolitan area is able to get onto that machine. Hopefully, I'll be able to get together with the other gurus next week and we can try and figure out what's wrong with that machine. But I dunno... it doesn't get a lot of respect from the staff.
