Thanks for the many replies to my previous posting ... I've tried sending E-Mail to several of you, but it just keeps bouncing. I'm not purposely ignoring you :-) ... Fish 79 contains the Amiga source and executable for the Unix Windows Client program. This was version 1.0 ... If there ever WAS an update , perhaps it supported tektronix graphics. I run this at home , and use the Uw executable which was already on the university's system for Mac users. Now several folk recommend I use Dnet. I would be absolutely THRILLED to do so ... I've heard so many good things about it. However, my department's Sun Workstation network runs the Sun 3.5 operating system. I have been told that this is VERY SIMILAR to Berkely 4.3 , which I believe is what Dnet is designed for. So perhaps Dnet could be made to work. Has anyone done so ?? Please ... this is turning into a matter of honour here ... Amiga capabilities versus Mac , as it were ... :-) :-) -- David P.M. It works under SunOS 3.4 and up. And it'll beat the pants off puny
little single-tasking ``uw'' anyday. :-)
