[comp.sys.amiga] Getting Supra interface to stick

bevis@EE.ECN.PURDUE.EDU (Jeff Bevis) (10/23/89)

Has anyone out there had 'physical' trouble with the Supra SCSI interface
for the 1000? I'm having a little difficulty getting mine to stay put on
the bus connector. It doesn't 'feel' like it makes tight contact, and if
it gets bumped, just in the least, my machine goes down. This is bad. I
can't be editing an enormous source file and have the machine going down
unexpectedly. Any thoughts? It's straight outta the box -- looks just
fine. Life never gets any simpler...

I have supra's wordsync for my 2000, and I've had problems getting the power
connection to stay plugged in. I solved it by tying it in place with a piece
of string, and so far I haven't had any problems.....
( I know this doesn't solve your problem, but just thought I'd mention it.)
