I discovered a minor (very minor) problem with CED. It involves the little check marks in the "Environment" menus that tell you what options you are using. It is possible to reverse the check mark indicators of the any option, if you follow these steps you will see what I mean. The key here is to KEEP the RIGHT mouse BUTTON DOWN before, during and after making a selection. Then go to another menu, then go back and make the same selection again. But always keep the RIGHT BUTTON DOWN. When you return to the menu after letting go of all buttons things will be backwards. -Enter the "File Settings" menu with the RIGHT mouse button HELD down -Change the "insert mode?" option by PRESSING the LEFT mouse button while keeping the RIGHT mouse button HELD down -Without releasing the RIGHT mouse button go to any other menu -Return to the "File Settings" -Change the "insert mode?" option by PRESSING the LEFT mouse button while keeping the RIGHT mouse button HELD down -LET GO of the right button -Return to the "File Settins" menu and you will see that the check marks indicates the reverse "insert mode" I don't know if anyone has found this "feature" before, but I thought it was an interesting occurence so I posted it.
