I am looking for some MIDI equpment with some particular features. I know that misc.wanted and misc.for-sale is for such stuff, but then Amiga people are usually contended with their Amiga so they dont seem to read those groups over much :-). Begging your indulgence. I am looking for a Yamaha FB-01, which I have heard lets you do very flexible dynamic (while music in progress) microtonal tuning. Sadly this and similarly equipped models are out of production now, and are rare to find. What I need: ------------ Basically I am looking for a box that can produce musical notes at almost *any* pitch, whether or not close to any of the notes on the equally tempered scale. And be able to glide from one note to another, within the same ADSR envelope. The models Tx-81Z and DX-7 with enhancement-E (what's that?) have also been mentioned to me. Any comments/opinions/experiences also welcome. If you have a FB-01 or TX-81Z or DX-7 that you'd like to part with, please contact me.
