Hi! In a magazin I read an article about the history of TeX. They mentioned three font families for TeX: - AMR for TeX78 - CMR (Computer Modern Roman) for TeX82, the currently used fonts. - in development: CCR, with help of the font-designer Hermann Zapf Now the question: When will the CCR-Fonts be ready and available? (This one is especially for you Tom! :-) Stefan PS: Please don't email me, because I have only limited access to UseNet.

Can anyone comment on the appearance of the Concrete fonts? Are they available anywhere? Is it worth it to change over? -- Jim Wright jwright@atanasoff.cs.iastate.edu
