Amendments, additions as of November 9, 1989.  Please update your list.

Preliminary list, please check your listing and let us know about
corrections/changes.  Thanks to all for their encouragement, interest and
submissions.  My apologies to any and all whose files got mangled in
transmission, processing or vanished into the bitstream.  Please
resubmit!  I reserve the right to edit for format, spelling and brevity
(but I do my best to avoid changes).
