[comp.sys.amiga] Network

thomas@eklektik.UUCP (/dev/tty000) (11/04/89)

Does anyone know where I can get a program or some such thing to network my
Amiga 1000 and my IBM-PC that I use for work. I would like to be able to
share files between them but I don't know of any way to do this now. I am
mainly interested in sharing text files, such as dBASE III+ programs that
I am working on. Any information on this subject would be greatly
appreciated.

Amen, I desperately need a serial or parallel network between my Amiga
and my PeeCee. Right now I have to send everything over via AZComm and
19.2K, which gets OLD, real fast. Seems that someone could adapt
Matt's parallel network to the IBM. I don't care if it takes over the
IBM completely, just as long as it is fast and it lets my Amiga access
the IBM hard drive.
