When I boot my 1MB A500 off the usual WB1.3 floppy, I end up with 900k or so memory available. When I boot up my 46 MB GVP hard drive, another 150k disappears! It is in two partitions, set up for BUFFERS=30, so I might expect to lose 50k, not 150k, by virtue of the drive's existence. What's going on??

I have 1 meg, with the fat agnus chip. My 40M GVP drive has 1 (one) partition. When it boots, I have 650K available. When I had 4 patitions, I had 450K free. Anyone know what could be wrong? -============================================================================- Burton Choinski choinski@env.prime.com Prime Computer, Inc.
