I recently tried doing some work with an A1300 genlock and got pretty unsatisfactory results. I created a color bar test pattern, then taped it from the A1300's video output connector. It wasn't great, but it was marginally acceptable. But when I tried to copy my test pattern from one VCR to another, running through the genlock, the picture was significantly degraded. The black bar faded to gray and all the colors were less saturated. The results were much worse than if I copied directly from one VCR to another without going through the genlock. Is there any way I can adjust the A1300 to improve the picture quality? Is this kind of degraded picture the best I can hope for with an A1300? Thanks for any help. --Fabbian Dufoe 350 Ling-A-Mor Terrace South St. Petersburg, Florida 33705 813-823-2350 UUCP: ...uunet!pdn!jc3b21!fgd3
