Extra memory is one thing on my Christmas list, but before I put the speed
and amount, I'd like to know a couple things.
1. I'm not planning on keeping my 68000 for too much longer. I've become
too addicted to Animation and modeling to be able to put up with it. So,
an accelerator is in the works...It'll definitely be a '020 if not a '030.
How fast does RAM for an '020 or '030 have to be without trashing the chips'
performance with lots of wait states?
2. I'm also thinking about an OS change too and have my eyes set on AMIX.
Whats the a. minimum and b. comfortable memory requirement I'd need for
this (I'm guessing somewhere around 3MB)
3. Finally, in regards to VM, how fast does your drive need to be to be able
to be used as VM effectively. I have a Seagate with a 28ms seek time.
