Does anyone know when the REJUVINATOR for the Amiga 1000 will
be released to the public? A friend of mine has a 1000 in which
the daughter board has ceased to function properly. Since CBM
won't sell the daughter board separately from the mother board,
he's hoping the REJUVINATOR will fix his problem and at the same
time upgrade his system. If anyone has additional information
and/or the engineer's phone number please forward it to this
address.

For everyone who asked me to forward the REJUVINATOR response to them...this is the bulk of it. I accidentally lost some of the names so I am re-posting it here. ====================================================================== The designer is still working on it and he should have it shipping by the first of the year. For more info call Expert Services at (606) 371-9690. After calling the above number, it seems that the first of the year may be a rather premature release date.

For those interested, I've seen the Rejuvenator in action on a 1.5mb 1000 running WB 1.4. I'm not sure but I think it had the Fat ANGUS AND Obese Denise both installed. This was at the Sept. OVAUG meeting. It looked pretty good showing off the new video modes. -- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Rob Gabbard (uunet!sdrc!evgabb) _ /| Workstation Systems Programmer \'o.O' Structural Dynamics Research Corporation =(___)= U =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
