I read this on CompuServe and as far as I can tell it has not been confirmed. - Aegis Development was bought by Oxxi, Aegis will continue to develop products, Oxxi will market them. - CMI is gone, and with it AppleTalk. -mark=

Not entirely correct. OXXI bought all Aegis assets. Aegis headquarters disappeared quite some time ago. Aegis is now a "division" of OXXI. With the trade name and assets OXXI got most of the products, but not all of them, since individual investors 'owned' some of the Aegis products. OXXI has entreted with an agreement with SPARTA, so that all of the previous SPARTA products licensed to Aegis are now licensed to OXXI. I believe OXXI will maintain the "aegis' name on its NEW versions of the OLD Aegis products. None of the old officers of Aegis is now associated with OXXI/Aegis, though I believe OXXI will hire a former Aegis employee for tech support of the old Aegis products that Aegis picked up. No, Diga! was not picked up by OXXI, sorry :-) -- Marco Papa 'Doc' -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= uucp:...!pollux!papa BIX:papa ARPAnet:pollux!papa@oberon.usc.edu "There's Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Diga and Caligari!" -- Rick Unland -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
