[*Line-Eater Space Patrol*] Hi. I just got a Mitsubiti Diamondscan. System is an A500, 2 floppies, 1 meg RAM, cable from Redmond, various printers, mouse, 1200 baud modem, WB1.3, KS1.2. If I were to turn off my monitor right now and turn it back on again, the screen would come back on with an unviewable image; it is hard to describe directly, but picture cranking the horizontal hold all the way to the left on an old TV. Turning things off won't fix it, but if I turn the monitor's source switch on the back to VIDEO and back again, I get a good picture again. Anybody got any clues? Reply via EMAIL, please, and I'll post a summary if there is interest. Other than this new problem, I like the monitor a lot... but someday I'd really like to buy something that works right the first time... (Then again, why ruin a perfectly good record?) :-p R'ykandar. -- | R'ykandar Korra'ti, Editor, LOW ORBIT | phoenix@ms.uky.edu | CIS 72406,370 | | Elfinkind, Unite! | phoenix@ukma.bitnet | PLink: Skywise | QLink: Bearclaw |
