I seem to be having some trouble getting my system to use fonts the way I want it to and not the way IT wants to. Specifically, when running VLT, the docs claim that if FastFonts is invoked with the -i switch, it will replace the Topaz-11 font with the 11 point font of your choice. Fair enough- it then goes on to say that if the 11 point font is present, VLT will use that if you run it with an interlaced screen, which I do. No problem. Thing is, I also want to use an 11 point font on my interlaced shell screen. I've used SetFont 2.5 for this, but it keeps losing the 11 point font in the title bars. And when I run UEdit, UE doesn't inherit the 11 pt'er and keeps using the 8 point font. Basically, all three screens use interlace and I'd like all three to use an 11 point font (it's called "Amiga", if it matters.) Is this possible, and if so, what am I doing wrong? (Email is fine, thanks in advance.) +----------------------------------------------------+ !
