I am posting this for a friend. If you have an Amiga 500 and
want to expand or add a hard disk, look into this product! It
will make a great stocking stuffer for anyone with an Amiga 500.

Maybe you've heard about some other expansion systems that don't always
work, or have problems with certain boards! Well, we've tested it with
several memory boards (incl. A2052,A2058,8up), several disk controllers
(incl. old & new C'ltd , and the ever popular HARDFRAME, & others) and ASDG's
new Dual Port Serial Board! Wouldn't it be nice to have 8meg board, a
HARDFRAME controller and an ASDG Dual Serial Board connected to your 1000
or 500?
The mon 'AMI' Jr. Expansion Board from P.M.Solutions fits nicely into
your own IBM AT/XT box and connects to your own IBM AT/XT power supply.
This allows you the freedom to shop for the best prices! Or, if you're as
"cost conscious" as we are, you can do as we did in the beginning. We just
put the boards in a shoe box on top of the 500! This is not recommended for
the rookies 8^) The board comes with instructions on how to install it
into the IBM box. For 500 owners there is also instrustions on what you can
buy from your hardware store to have it sit over but not on top of your
dear AMY! This is really a nice setup. Nothing extra to the left and
nothing extra to the right taking up your desk space! We have a box design
for a complete system that includes mouse port extenders that bring them to
the front where they should be, but can't commit at this time! But stay

There is a limit to the number of additional hardware that can be put on
the expansion buss. We have found that three seems to be the reliable limit.
Although some systems can handle four. However, most begin to act unreliably
with more than three. An extra load is concidered to be anything you put
on the expansion port or inside of the system. So, an Incider is an extra
load.

This board was designed on the AMIGA by AMIGA lovers like you! Hence the
name "mon 'AMI' Jr.". We are working stiffs like you by day for now, Hence
the name of the company "P.M.Solutions" since we burn the midnight oil!
We are looking at an upgrade to this board for the future and can't say
anything more about it except, we are committed to UPGRADES not throw your
other stuff away and start over . And in case you're interested in getting
software to make your own boards on the AMIGA we used a package called
PRO-BOARD from the folks at Prolific Inc. that caused us many delays
because of bugs in the output plots. The bugs were reported but they
weren't supportive at all! Sorry guy's, but we did say we were going to
warn our fellow Amigan's!

Hi, Mike. Ask your friend if the PMS expansion box has been tested
with a 1000.
