[comp.sys.amiga] Lattice 5.04 - what about down under?

ianr@mullian.ee.mu.OZ.AU (Ian ROWLANDS) (11/20/89)

I have just purchased the Lattice C compiler. The version of it is
5.02 however. I ordered it through a dealer who imports it from wherever it
originates.
I realise that 5.04 is now available. I heard that others (in the US)
have received an update. I assume these are registered users, and as I speak
my card is on the way. I have two main questions :

	1) Do those users in Australia also receive these updates? If so,
when will this release filter through?

	2) Do I have to go through the dealer and/or the importer to obtain
this update, or will it be posted out direct (by sea-mail :-)

I would appreciate someone in the know to reply ( maybe from Lattice
themselves?). Reply via e-mail would be preferred (if you can get it here) or
to comp.sys.amiga.tech, as I rarely read the other group (would you want to
catch up on 900+ articles!!). For those in Australia, I can post the reply
to aus.computers.amiga if requested.
	Thanks in advance,
				Ian.

P.S. I have heard a lot about WB1.4. When will it be released, in the USA
     and in Australia?

Register with Lattice and the update will be mailed automatically.

Well, I registered some time back, and got my card back about the same
time as some acquaintances received their update, but I (and a
colleague) are still waiting. I'm going to send a fax when I can find
time :-)
