I haven't been reading too much about the 80486 and it does looks pretty good, so I left it out. Please open your eyes a little bit, don't mix thing together. Also, the "80xxx" includes the 8088 and 8086. The 68xxx does not include 68040 and not the 6800 series as they was never in the Mac. Sorry about the confusion. BTW, it won't be fair if you would try to compare a 68000 with a 80386 just like it won't be fair to compare a 8088 with 68030 :-)
