I thought I would let the net know what a nice outfit to deal with
Redmond Cable is. I live in Belgium and ordered a cable from them
6+ months ago for my NEC 3D and 2000. Well the cable sorta worked
but had problems. After living with it for a while I sent them a
fax explaining the problem and ordering another one with my credit
card. I should explain that I live in Belgium and sending something
back to the US is not feasible. I received the cable today and what
do you know there was NO CHARGE. Now how can you beat an outfit like
that I ask you? I just wish I could deal with them on other things.
