[comp.sys.amiga] Quattro on Fish Disk 230

I recently got Quattro (or is it Quatro???) on Fred Fish disk 230,
but it doesn't work :(  All hthat happens is that the disk blinks for a
second -
then nothing!

Does anyone know what the scoop is?
