Funny you should mention getting the wrong version. My package also arrived and it doesn't work at all! It writes continously to track 0! This is the same problem another friend encountered with his. After several hours of busy lines he got through to them and the designer said there was a fatal bug in the software which caused this error with certain external drives and that a bug fix was in the works. He never mentioned the fact that we might have received the wrong version!!!! You've got me curious now. Regardless, I can't believe a company would send out a half-baked product and say "uh, gee, we'll fix it and send an update in 2-3 weeks" after we had waited MONTHS for the thing to arrive in the first place!! I smell a rat!! Eric
