I have never seen such carelessness of Utilities Unlimited for releasing SuperCard Ami, a product which doesn't work at all. Most people I talked to (including Drew, the creator of SuperCard) said that the software is full of bugs, that it won't copy correctly simple Amiga Dos disks; that it has problem stepping the Commodore 1010 external drive (and the CA880 connected to an A500, as I found out.) Has any of you guys who shelled out 100 bucks for this thing got it to work at all? On top of that, technical support from UU is minimal. It seems they have only one phone line, which seems always flooded with calls. Took me hours to get thru, just to be rushed off in less than 30 seconds. Two questions I would like to see answered from UU are: which computer and drives they did the testing of SuperCard on? And is their software (including the one they're allegedly working on to replace the one they shipped out) compatible with the new Super Agnes? As for NIB, it's the best copy program I have ever seen. I can't wait until it's compatible with the SuperCard, so I can burn the Supper-buggy- ware. If you can, buy it directly from the author, since he has his own tech-support BBS. You'll stand a MUCH better chance of getting help than from Utilities Unlimited.
