[comp.sys.amiga] How to get into Lattice BBS?

840445m@aucs.uucp (Alan McKay) (01/14/90)

I used to phone Lattice's BBS at 312-916-1200 and can no longer get through.
I seem to recall the last time I phoned (about 2 months ago) there was a
message saying that the area code was soon going to change to 718. I tried
this number too and cannot get through. Could someone please tell me how to
get through to the Lattice BBS.

I asked someone recently, and they told me the phone number was (708)-916-1200
for the Lattice BBS. I haven't tried it yet to verify.

Actually, latest word is that the area code changed to (708) not (718). I had
not known this before yesterday when I posted the (718) code, but Jack Rouse
corrected me (thanks Jack!). Calling the (312) number gets a voice recording
saying the number has changed and giving the new one.
