I am looking for fractal software to generate (sorry 'bout the spelling) Mandlebrot sets and to animate them if possible. What is the best and how do I get it. I don't have access to any BBs from my Amiga so it must be by mail. Thanx.mike.Please Email.

I presume by "animate" you mean view the set from several different points in sequence, sort of a "fly-by". There is a mandelbrot program on disk 303 of my library (to be released in the batch of 301-310 within the next week) which has a batch mode, allowing you to compute many views of a set and write each of them to an IFF file, all without any interaction. You could then use one of the standard animator programs to put them together, I suppose. -Fred -- # Fred Fish, 1835 E.
