Is there any Public Domain software for sound sampling? Perhaps with source code or stereo capability? I need a piece of redistributable software (or source code fragments to that effect) that would make my life much easier -- I *DON'T* want to write this software, but if I have to.... Any help/info would be MUCH appreciated.
