In-Reply-To: message from STU00@vx.acs.umn.edu The address got messed up somehow, but this is for David Bakeman (or anyone wanting to put F18 on their hard drive. It's a pretty simple matter and I've had it working for quite a while now. You first have to get a file zapper and go through the code to change a few things. When they wrote this program they hard coded DF0: in there, this needs to be changed. Use NewZap or something and have it scan for all occurances of DF0:, change these to whatever the name of your hard drive or partition is (like DH0:, DH1:, DH2, etc. If memory serves there are about 3 or 4 of these, GET THEM ALL!. Then just put an assign in your startup-sequence to reflect where you put the program. Assign F18 to wherever you happen to put it! This isn't totally perfect since you can't quit from this program, you'll have to break out 3 of your fingers for that! _______________________________________________________________________________ ProLine: pro-generic!pro-graphics!loginID | Pro-Graphics 24hrs UUCP: crash!pnet01!pro-generic!pro-graphics!loginID | 201/469-0049 3/12/24 ARPA/DDN: crash!pnet01!pro-generic!pro-graphics!loginID@nosc.mil _______________________________________________________________________________
