With all the talk of the MC68040, I curious as to the outcome of the suit that
was (supposedly) filed against Motorolla for the 68040...I think it may have
been Hitachi, but don't quote me on it. It had something to do with the '030
as well, and the reason the '040 was in question was because of the enhanced
'030 it has internally.
Can anyone elaborate on what's happened? Or, if it happened at all???
